Havelock Academy is part of the David Ross Education Trust, who work with over 20 primary, secondary and grammar schools across the East Midlands, North East and East of England. As part of a major ICT transformation and new buildings programme, the academy needed support in identifying and appointing a suitable partner to deliver a 5 year ICT Managed Service for 1500 users.
Supporting the client, we provided technical consultancy to ensure that the service management model was both appropriate and offered value for money. Working with the client’s legal team, we provided technical direction to ensure that the service levels, key performance indicators and payment mechanisms would all meet the desired outcomes for our client.
Our involvement continued from the award of the £multi-million contract, through the delivery phase and handover into the managed service.
