We were commissioned to provide education, technical and procurement services for two capital build projects in Cumbria specialising in Business and Enterprise. Our overall responsibility included the design, specification, procurement and co-ordination of a multiple-site, £4m IT programme for two £30m new build schools.

Our involvement on this project was to support the Federation, its sponsors and Local Authority throughout the lifecycle of the project, including visioning and design, specification, procurement and implementation of the ICT systems to support the transformation in teaching and learning.

The ICT solution has been developed to ensure optimum flexibility for staff and students who are moving between sites, whilst accessing common systems and individual resources.
