Swinton Insurance is a household name in the life, car, home and travel insurance marketplace, with over 500 high street Branches, supported by a network of specialist Call Centres. As part of a major business transformation programme, the insurance group invited bids for a complete replacement of its telephony infrastructure, covering all of its UK mainland locations.

Supporting our IT Services client, we provided detailed Programme Management & Technical based Consultancy, together with process design, as part of our client’s successful £multi-million bid to deploy a new IP based, Call Centre solution, including Call Recording and a major SIP trunking element.

Our support has continued in to the Delivery phase of the project, where we are providing Programme Management leadership, co-ordinating the activities of a multi-vendor delivery over a year-long system deployment and site migration programme.
