G4S buys U.S.'s Touchcom for $23 million

(Reuters) - Anglo-Danish security services firm G4S (GFS.L) said on Wednesday it had bought Touchcom, Inc. from individual shareholders for $23 million in cash and another potential $33 million subject to three-year growth targets.
